These terms of use will be applied to the Internet pages (hereinafter referred to as ”Pages”) administered by Market-Visio Oy and located at www.marketvisio.fi, www.marketvisio.en and www.marketvisio.ru. The user of the pages (hereinafter referred to as ”User”) undertakes to follow these terms by opening any Page of the Market-Visio web service. Using the Pages is not permitted unless the User accepts these terms in their entirety.

The Pages of the Market-Visio web site include material protected by copyright, the law on trademarks and other rights. The network service itself is protected by copyright in compliance with the Copyright Act valid in Finland. All rights not explicitly granted in these terms of use are reserved. Thus, the User does not have the right to save, copy, disseminate, publicly show or otherwise commercially exploit the Pages or their parts in any form without the prior written approval of Market-Visio Oy or other title-holder. The User has, however, the right to view or read the Pages or print the Pages or their parts for his personal use.

The Pages of the Market-Visio web site will be supplied as such. Market-Visio Oy does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free use of the Pages. Market-Visio Oy does not give any guarantees on the availability, correctness, reliability or content of the Pages, or the applicability of the content for a specific purpose. Thus, Market-Visio Oy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs or losses attributed to the network service offered or interruptions thereof. Market-Visio Oy and other content providers reserve the right to alter the Pages or restrict access to the Pages at any time.

The User may have an access, through the Pages, to pages, services or content that is under the responsibility of other information or service providers and the use of which may require accepting separate terms of use or contracts. Market-Visio Oy shall not be in any way responsible for the content of the pages/Pages to which there is a link connection in the Market-Visio’s web site pages and/or that have been made by an operator other than Market-Visio Oy.

By sending material to any of Market-Visio Oy’s servers e.g. via e-mail or Internet pages, the User gives, free of charge, Market-Visio Oy the right to edit, copy, publish or otherwise make the material sent available to the public. Market-Visio Oy shall not be responsible for the content of the material sent by the Users.

Market-Visio Oy uses cookies in these Pages. Cookies are small text files which the network server saves to your hard disk. Cookies contain information that can be read by a network server within the network area that delivered the cookie. Market-Visio Oy may also add the cookies of third parties into its Pages for statistic purposes. Market-Visio Oy prohibits the third parties from finding out the personal information of the users of its Pages using cookies. The User may either accept or reject cookies. If the User does not reject cookies, the User is deemed having accepted their use. Most Internet browsers accept cookies automatically, but in general it is possible to change the settings of one’s browser. Market-Visio Oy reserves the right to alter these terms of use. The Finnish Law will be applied to these terms of use.
